Job description / Role for the post of Legal Cashier
Charterhouse is working with a top-ranked global law firm, who is looking to hire a Legal Cashier/Admin to cover maternity leave. The position will have a heavy emphasis on legal finance duties, as well as employee immigration tasks.
Reporting to the Admin Director, you will be responsible for weekly and monthly financial reports, accounts payable for multiple offices, petty cash, reconciliations, cash receipts as well as the general administration which can include inductions, visa & Emirates I.D applications, business cards and organizing social events.
The successful candidate should have experience as a Legal Cashier. It is essential you have an understanding of the UAE immigration processes. You should also have excellent Word, Outlook and Excel skills.
